1. Receptionist (Lễ tân)

  • Quantity: 2 people

  • Job Description:

    • Welcome, guide, and advise patients on dental examination and treatment services.

    • Answer phone calls, process customer and patient inquiries.

    • Monitor and assist clinic visitors, ensuring patients receive attentive guidance and reception.

    • Input and create customer profile information upon arrival.

    • Make phone calls to remind patients of scheduled follow-up appointments.

    • Enter patient lists and details into the software database.

    • Handle hotline duties to consult and answer patient inquiries.

    • Perform other tasks as assigned.

  • Requirements:

    • Female, height from 1.55m or above.

    • Associate Degree or higher; priority given to candidates with experience in dental reception or related fields.

    • Fluent in spoken English.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong customer persuasion skills.

    • Organized, patient, dedicated, proactive, mature, and disciplined.

2. Consultant & Customer Care Specialist (Tư vấn & Chăm sóc khách hàng)

  • Quantity: 2 people

  • Job Description:

    • Make follow-up calls to post-treatment customers to conduct satisfaction surveys.

    • Consult customers on oral healthcare packages and clinic promotional campaigns; answer customer inquiries.

    • Provide online consultations across digital channels. Receive customer leads and schedule consultation appointments.

    • Remind customers of upcoming service appointments.

    • Track, report, and analyze revenue generated from clinic marketing sources.

  • Requirements:

    • Female.

    • Associate Degree or higher; priority given to candidates with experience in sales, customer service, or consulting.

    • Basic conversational English.

    • Perform basic clinical tasks within permitted regulatory scopes.

    • Complete and update medical records.

    • Maintain clean, organized, and tidy treatment spaces.

    • Execute tasks assigned by the Head Nurse following clinic standards.

    • Report work performance to managers and propose operational improvements.

  • Job Description:

    • Plan HR budgets and handle recruitment strategies.

    • Manage headcount movements, employment contracts, and payroll.

    • Administer statutory social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.

    • Manage working hours, attendance, and leave policies.

    • Write talkshow scripts, service PR content, and internal publications.

    • Take charge of core content ideation for integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Requirements:

    • College/University degree in Marketing, Journalism, Literature, or related majors.

    • At least 1 year of content creation experience; experience in dentistry, spa, or aesthetics is preferred.

    • Ability to draft PR press releases and digital news articles.

  • Requirements:

    • Valid Practicing Certificate (Chứng chỉ hành nghề).

    • Clinical experience in General Dentistry, Endodontics, Minimally Invasive Prosthodontics, etc.

    • Priority given to candidates with 4+ years of experience.
